Mediation service

The mediation clinic offers a free mediation service (except for the file opening fees)  in order to become a place of access to justice for citizens. The parties can benefit from three 2-hour sessions free of charge.

Information sessions

Preparation and presentation of information sessions adapted to targeted clienteles, including community associations and high schools.

Research

The mediation clinic has contributed to several research projects.

The clinic provides empirical evidence to the ADAJ project. Therefore, it contributes to the scientific knowledge regarding alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Furthermore, the students of the clinic can contribute to the writing of scientific articles.
